
Robbin Kent is a leadership and team development facilitator with over 25 years of experience in education, counseling, and organizational psychology. She is known for leading interactive, engaging, and fun workshops and retreats for professionals and students alike. Whether working with teams or teenagers, Robbin brings energy, warmth, and clarity to every room and is often heard saying, “Teenagers are my jam!”
With a background in school counseling and psychology, Robbin brings a practical, people-first approach to leadership development, communication, and team dynamics. She holds a B.S. in Psychology, an M.S. in Counseling, and an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
As a Team Development Coach, Robbin partners with schools, colleges, and businesses to help people identify and apply their strengths, so they can love what they do and who they work with. Her favorite work happens in settings where people grow in confidence, connection, and purpose together.
Robbin has been married for 30 years and is the proud mother of a 28-year-old son and a 26-year-old daughter. She also serves her community as a CASA volunteer and as a board member for her local chapter of Optimist International.
