Carol Myers is a Maxwell Leadership Executive Coach, certified speaker, trainer, and DISC consultant based in Cape Breton-Unama’ki, Nova Scotia. A proud Kiwanian and recipient of the 2024 Kiwanian of the Year Award, Carol is deeply passionate about youth development and service leadership.
She has facilitated youth programs through the Global Youth Initiative since 2023 and served as a chaperone for the Key Leader camp in PEI. Drawing on 30+ years of experience in business ownership, corporate training, and personal growth development, Carol empowers young leaders to discover their potential and make a lasting impact in their communities.
