Brian Ritchie is an energetic and perceptive presenter, with over 30 years of experience in leadership development. Brian’s training experience spans many different audiences. Through his facilitation of state and regional conferences, providing conflict mediation for student and professional groups, and his presentation of keynote speeches at conventions, Brian excels in providing audiences with insights into teambuilding, communication, and organizational development.
Brian holds a B.S. in Journalism and Public Relations, as well as an M.A. in Organizational Communications, from Bowling Green State University. He currently serves as a Senior Third Party Apps Leader at Union Home Mortgage, and is a regular contributor to several leadership and technical training curriculums.
Throughout his life, Brian has held community service as a core value. He is the president of the Wooster Little League program, has been a board member for Ronald McDonald House Charities, has served in local, regional, and national roles with Kiwanis International.
