Key Leader helps graduating middle school students and high school students learn the value of service while developing leadership skills. Participants are inspired and full of energy—and they’re learning just how much their leadership skills can help to change the world. They value those who share their commitment.

Participants begin by attending a Key Leader conference, which is a weekend retreat. Large and small group workshops, discussions and team-building activities take place over the course of the weekend. Students have opportunities to learn leadership skills that will help them to change their schools, communities, and world for the better. While exploring leadership in a whole new way, participants will make amazing new friends and have experiences they will never forget. Positive, ongoing interaction with other Key Leader graduates offers continuing reinforcement, encouragement and growth of leadership skills.

A partnership with Key Leader is a unique opportunity. Each year, participants that attend Key Leader events go back to their home schools and share the information learned. Impacting an even greater number of individuals, this includes: school administrators and faculty, students, friends and family.

Join them! We’re eager to help you learn more about a customized corporate partnership designed to help you reach your marketing objectives. . .while you support Key Leader participants as they develop leaderships skills and change lives.
